Our Story
New American Cooking, Italian Technique
Harper’s is a candlelit room in the middle of Dobbs Ferry, built for long dinners and easy conversation. Our kitchen leans on Italian technique — pasta rolled in house, simple sauces, honest seasoning — applied to a New American menu that changes with the seasons.
Duck breast, branzino, steak frites, pappardelle and our Wagyu burger anchor the menu, alongside starters like truffle burrata, octopus and tuna tartar. Everything is fired to order.
The Room
Candlelight and Conversation
Leather banquettes, a reclaimed wood ceiling and a wine wall set the tone for dinner. It is a room built for anniversaries, birthdays and quiet Tuesdays alike.
In warmer months our garden patio opens up, with string lights, floral garlands and umbrella-shaded tables just off Main Street.
Cooked to Order
Nothing sits under a lamp. Steaks, fish and pasta are fired when you order them.
Steak Night
Our weekly steak service, with hand-cut cuts and classic accompaniments.
Neighborhood First
We serve Dobbs Ferry and the Rivertowns, for dinner, takeout, delivery and events.
